Mixing Nozzles are designed for the proper proportioning and mixing of the different adhesive formulations. Use only appropriate Simpson mixing nozzle in accordance with Simpson’s instructions. Modification or improper use of mixing nozzle may impair epoxy or acrylic performance.

EMN22-RP6 – A package of six EMN37 nozzles and ENN retaining nuts.

EMN37 – An 18 element mixing nozzle for use with 22oz. and 56oz. Epoxy-Tie cartridges and the 30oz. Acrylic-Tie cartridge. This nozzle requires a separate nozzle retaining nut to attach to the cartridge.

ENN – Retaining nuts for the EMN37.

EMN50 – A Hi-Volume 5/8" diameter 24 element nozzle, with an integrally molded retaining nut. This nozzle provides approximately 2 times the dispensing rate of the EMN37. The major outer diameter is 7/8". Fits 22oz., 30oz., and 56oz. cartridges.

AMN813-RP5 – A package of five 12 element mixing nozzles with integrally molded retaining nut for use with 5oz., 8oz. and 13oz. Acrylic-Tie cartridges.
