SET-XP™ Anchoring Adhesive
SET-XP is an anchoring epoxy formulated and tested according to the AC308 and 2006 IBC requirements. It has been tested with the IXP anchor, threaded rod and rebar. It has proven to offer increased reliability in adverse conditions in cracked and uncracked concrete including proper functioning in cracked concrete under static and seismic loading. SET-XP cures to a teal color for easy identification as an epoxy formulated for Ultimate Strength Design requirements.
IXP™ Anchor
The IXP anchor is a uniquely designed torque-controlled adhesive anchor. When used as a system with SET-XP epoxy, the IXP anchor provides high performance and reliability in adverse conditions, including tension and seismic zones where cracks may intersect the anchor. The IXP anchor was designed to perform to AC308 and 2006 IBC requirements.
Strong-Bolt™ Anchor
The Strong-Bolt wedge anchor is specifically designed for optimum performance in both cracked and uncracked concrete - meeting the post-installed anchor performance requirements of the 2006 IBC. The Strong-Bolt anchor has proven to offer increased reliability in the most adverse conditions, including proper functioning in cracked concrete under static and seismic loads.
Titen HD® Anchor
The Titen HD heavy-duty anchor is a patented screw anchor designed for use in concrete and masonry applications. This anchor is code tested to provide outstanding performance in cracked and uncracked concrete under both static and seismic conditions. It is designed to meet the requirements that the 2006 IBC places on post-installed anchors. In addition to being an ideal anchor for a variety of severe structural applications, the non-expansion installation characteristics make it ideal when minimum edge distance and reduced spacing is a concern.
Titen HD® Rod Hanger
The Titen HD Rod Hanger provides a fast and convenient method of attaching threaded rod to the underside of concrete slabs and beams. Installation is as simple as drilling a hole and then driving the anchor. The Titen HD Rod Hanger maintains a high load capacity - which makes it ideal for hanging pipes, equipment, and various fixtures.
Crimp Anchor
The Crimp anchor is a multi-purpose anchor designed for use in concrete and grout-filled block. The shape of the anchor provides multiple contact points with the base material which secures the anchor in place. With a variety of head styles available, the anchor is suitable for a wide range of applications.
Titen HD® Mini
The Titen HD Mini anchor provides an excellent solution for jobs that require smaller anchors. The non-expansion characteristics are ideal for situations where minimum edge distance and reduced spacing is a concern. The patented cutting teeth and thread design enable Titen HD Mini anchors to be installed with less effort than many other screw type anchors. Also, the Titen HD Mini anchors can be installed in less time than typical expansion anchors.
PDPA Powder Actuated Pins
PDPA pins are specifically designed for driving into structural steel that is up to 1/2" thick, and into extra hard concrete. Manufactured to tight tolerances for maximum performance in demanding substrates where speed and convenience offered by powder actuated fastening is desired.
Integrated Epoxy Adhesive Nozzle
The EMN22i is a one piece, integrated adhesive mixing nozzle for use with 22 oz. and 56 oz. Epoxy-TieŽ cartridges and 30 oz. Acrylic-TieŽ cartridges. This 18 element mixing nozzle ensures proper proportioning and mixing of two-component adhesive formulations.
